The article presents scientific data on the negative consequences of ART for the health of children born as a result of the use of in vitro fertilization and gestational (surrogate) technologies, which is a serious violation of a number of internationally recognized children's rights. The article substantiates the position on the need to introduce a legislative restriction on the use of technologies hazardous to the health of mother and child in Russia, which are currently prohibited or restricted in many countries of the world. Keywords:human rights, children's rights, ART, in vitro fertilization, gestational technologies, surrogate technologies, demography, national securityAuthor Biographies
