Abstract

In modern realities, the works of urbanists are very popular, including those concerning the prospects of human development. One of the works of this kind is the book «15 Rules of the New World, in Which Cities and Women Play the Main Roles». The researchers raise objections to the authors of this work on significant issues, from their point of view and indicate that this work contains a lot of useful information, though some of the forecasts are unrealistic.
