Abstract

The whole process of people's democracy is not only the development of China's socialist democracy, but also a new form of modern democracy. It breaks through the one-sidedness when modern democracy is limited to the election process and opens up a new road to democratic modernization. From the perspective of connotation, the whole process of democracy is a modern governance system with full chain, stage, stratum and coverage. It provides experience of enlightenment and high-quality development programs for countries with difficulties in democratic transition.
