Abstract

Using the example of the institution of the family and the system of social services, the article considers a variant of social policy in the context of The Foundations of State Policy for the Preservation and Strengthening Traditional Russian Spiritual and Moral Values. The author analyzes the complex of subjective and objective factors affecting the stability of the family, the role of family and marital leisure. Based on the active trend of socialization of family functions and the specifics of the behavior of the modern family, the author formulates a conceptual framework of social policy. He shows that its aim is formation of territorial ecosystems of social services built on the base of a new understanding of a social object, a digital aggregator platform and a set of private and public-municipal service providers.
