Abstract

The article discusses the features of the work of multifunctional centers as one of the social institutions of communication between the state and society. The authors conclude that multifunctional centers are one of the successful technologies in providing public and municipal services. However, the authors identify a number of problems in the work of multifunctional centers, which in the authors’ opinion are not fatal.
