Abstract

The article deals with the actual problem of the correlation of freedom with the formation of professional qualities of an officer of the National Guard of the Russian Federation (hereinafter referred to as Rosgvardiya), necessary to perform tasks of peacetime and wartime. The approaches outlined in the article are recommended for conducting agitation and propaganda work with the servicemen of the Rosgvardiya.
