Abstract

 In modern realities, both the scientific community and public administration institutions give close attention to the spatial development of territories. The fundamental issue of the theory of public administration remains the plane of studying such concepts as the geocultural development of the territory, the image resources of the territory, their role in the management of urban environments and systems, the meta-brand of the territory. The authors analyze indicated aspects on the Nizhny Novgorod materials.
