Abstract

The article analyzes the formation of the political image of Russia and its development in the era of a new political reality. The authors of the study in this work answer two questions: firstly, what factors influenced the formation of political positioning of Russia; secondly, how the Russian authorities should respond to challenges and threats in order to keep the necessary vector of political positioning formation. The authors conclude that the Russian leadership needs to form a high-quality political PR strategy in the domestic and international dimensions for effective implementation of the goals set in the process of forming a political image.
