Abstract

The article deals with the ideas of the Eurasianists in the context of the current geopolitical position of Russia. Based on the analysis of the main ideas of the Eurasianists, the authors conclude that the Eurasian Economic Union can be called a political association that embodied the socio-political ideas of the Eurasianism.
