Abstract

The article reveals the importance of research in the Arctic region, analyzes the scientific directions of research in the region, analyzes the directions of the Arctic policy of the People's Republic of China. The author reveals the significance of the humanitarian mission of science and scientific diplomacy in the international cooperation of countries.
