Abstract

The article presents the results of applied political research based on the use of modern methods and tools of social media analytics. In the course of the study, the task was to determine the reasons for the partial realization of the electoral potential of the renewed party «Fair Russia – For the Truth» during the election campaign of 2021. The authors believe that the identified regional differences in the quality of digital party management determine the general shortcomings in accompanying party activities in the digital space. Taking into account the increased role of online tools in the modern election campaign, as well as the expanded opportunities of social media in the process of building communications with target groups, the authors put forward a number of recommendations for scaling the electoral support of the party.
