Abstract

The interactions of civic activists in the socio-political process have institutional nature, which is understood as a type of communication that is stable and reproducible by members of society. In the process of studying the civic activity of Russians, Internet activism was singled out as a phenomenon of digitalizing civic activity, the essence and socio-political context of which is revealed in this article. The article presents the results of the authors’ study of the development of civic activity in modern Russia, conducted by a survey of experts.
