Аннотация

В данной работе осуществляется анализ стратегических решений, принимаемых при разработке стратегии smart city. Автор анализирует характеристики, преимущества и недостатки различных вариантов реализации концепции smart city. В статье делается вывод, что стратегическое планирование в реализации концепции smart city по-прежнему остается малоизученной областью, что во многом объясняется отсутствием ясности и в вопросе о том, что представляют собой smart cities и как они могут быть реализованы. Автор отмечает, что выбор оптимального сценария развития smart city во многом зависит от целей, которые перед собой ставит город / основные субъекты его развития, а также от стартовых условий и основывается на трудоемком процессе расстановки приоритетов.
