The Problem of the Elite Nationalization in a Globalized Society

The article analyzes the problem of nationalization of the elite in a situation where the system of its values is largely determined by the attitudes of the global ruling class, a part of which it aspires to become. Attempts to solve the problem of nationalization of the elite only by financial instruments are insufficient. The problem needs a system decision. The possibilities of self-preservation and survival in the era of global challenges and threats on the former public-state baggage are essentially exhausted.
