Abstract
The article describes the features of the election to the State Duma in 2016. It analyzes the optimal choice for the agenda of political parties, the impact factor of a multiparty system and competition in the distribution of votes, electoral strategy in a «petal» cutting the constituencies, road map of election campaigning.
