Abstract

The magazine «Vlast» is announcing a new heading «Russian political mosaic: the current view», that will acquaint the reader with the issues of regional policy as a basic component in the development of civil society in Russia. The changing situation in the regional policy requires a permanent analysis, monitoring and forecasting: the request is carried out by the Centre for the Development of Regional Policy (RDCT) as well.
