Abstract

The author analyzes the process of the integration of the concept of neoconservatism into the political dictionary. In the article the pre-historical use of the concept of neoconservatism in papers on politics and historical research is analyzed. The author analyzed the role of the left-wing authors, who used the term of neoconservatism in order to criticize their political opponents. And the opponents used the term neoconservatism in their address. The author argues that this discussion was important for turning the concept of neoconservatism into a common unit of the political language.
