To the Question of Initial Theoretical Basis of Paradigm Character Study of Political Power

The article is devoted to the study of some theoretical bases of paradigm approach to research of social processes and the phenomena in whole and of the political power phenomenon in particular. Using the logics of the Kuhn's classification of the political power, the author notes that the demand of the program of political party (which, in fact, is a peculiar analog of scientific school during the pre-paradigm period) is defined by the relevance of goals and by the efficiency of their permission. The author argues that the reference to the paradigm approach during the study of the political authority phenomenon allows defining the optimum model of the imperious mechanism, which purposes the harmonious development of the state, does not exacerbating the social tensions and threatening adequacy and efficiency of the authority.
