Abstract
The systemic crisis of global capitalism induces Western leaders to choose three different ways to resolve it. The first one is an intelligent search for solutions. The second way is a continuing expansion into the states, which recently adjoined to the world political system. The third one is the use of new information technology of occupation of consciousness of people all around the world. Using the civilization approach and the logics of dialogue of civilizations one could examine the possibility of less painful solutions of the problems generated by Western capitalism to non-Western countries.
