Abstract

The article provides a report of the international scientific and practical conference «Political Subjectness of Regional Societies and Elites: Dynamic, Problems, and Prospects», which took place in Saratov. More than 90 participants from Russian Federation, Ukraine, Republic of Kazakhstan, Republic of Moldova, Check Republic and Republic of Iraq took part in the conference. The attention of participants was paid to the analysis of political subjectivity of regional societies and elites, to the various forms and mechanisms of interaction between civil society institutes and the regional authorities.
