Abstract
The article analyzes the role of the state in providing the anti-terroristic policy. The author reveals the structure of the national system of combating terrorism and analyses the role of security agencies in ensuring the security of the Russian citizens against terrorist danger, studies the legal basis of the state bodies, pursuing the anti-terrorist policy in Russia.
