Abstract

The principle of justice has become one of the most important principles of the educational policy of China, and the implementation of the principles of justice has turned into a strategic goal of the development of education in China. This paper examines the institutional reasons that led to inequities in education, considers the ways of implementing the principle of justice in the educational policy.
