Abstract
The author analyzes the statutes and the regulations of the armies of various countries from the point of view of inclusion of the relevant rules of the international humanitarian law and the practice of their implementation in the situations of the international and non-international armed conflict. These problems are especially important now, in the situation of the ongoing armed conflict in the south-east Ukraine.
