Abstract

The article is devoted to the critical analysis of the technologies of the crowdsourcing in the practice of the regional government. The author offers a new view on the manipulative and imitating nature of the civil practices. The author compares the risk-causing model of introduction of crowdsourcing technologies with the model of the minimization of risks. Models are verified by empirical data.
