Abstract
The article analyses the contemporary period, which led to the opportunity and to the need to define ideological foundations of information confrontation, the boundaries of ideological pluralism. The borders of the ideological pluralism are formed by the constitutional framework, that deny the ideology of the violent change of the constitutional system, by rejection of the ideology of Nazism and fascism and determination of the attitude to the categories of good and evil from the position of traditional values. The author concludes that the Eurasian civilization identity is the main ideological vector, which unifies the peoples of Eurasia, where Russia pays a role of backbone.
