State Cadastral Table of Contents Evaluation of Land as a Legal Meme

Using the term «meme» in legal structures on example of the State cadastre valuation is substantiated in the article. Legislative activity, implemented on mobilization grounds entails its simplification; one of its consequences is a terminological self-replication, leading to erosion of information meanings. Informational self-replication in all media forms is reflected in the theory of memes. Relevance of research is based on the use of memes’ designs in legislative activity, which is a new methodological approach including the relations in the sphere of cadastral evaluation of land. Practical implementation of the study`s conclusions allows to avoid trivializing of the «state cadastral valuation» term.
