Abstract
The political analysis of such mechanism of state youth policy in modern Russia as social partnership is done in the article. Contribution of the JSC «RR» into this partnership which reflects in corporate youth policy of the leading railroad company of our country is revealed. The analysis is carried out taking into account decrease of key figures of social and economic activity of «RR» in 2013, which inevitably results in efficiency of measures of corporate youth policy regarding increase of reputation of railroad professions, providing young specialists with long term work in the company and training its own candidate pool.
