Abstract
The article examines some problems of reforming the system of financing Russian universities. Problems of financing objectively developing in Russian universities and independent of the form of ownership are projected in the process of transition to the Bologna system. The problem of substitution of state task for state order is considered. Some measures to implement the standard method of financing are suggested.
