Abstract

The article describes the main directions of the dynamics of the development of power structures in modern Russia. Administrative authority, which is a group of business leaders, and its location and condition in crisis society were chosen for sociological analysis. The authors study their satisfaction with their own position, the features and position of their employment, adaptive capabilities and behaviors. At the same time, the empirical study of social characteristics of this social group was performed on the basis of a comparative analysis of the position of professionals, which are another social class that has their certain social roles in Russian society. Informational materials were based on sociological surveys conducted with participation of the authors in 2008 and 2011, as well as on data of Rosstat.
