Abstract

The article considers the phenomenon of origin and functioning of advocacy networks and its assessments existing in contemporary political science. The article`s goal is verifying the truth of hypothesis that NGO plays a key role as mediator between local and international level of participation inside those networks on the example of Russian nongovernmental organizations. This article analyzes the relationship between the development of transnational support and online networks across Europe
