Abstract

This article examines the legal nature of complex subjects of the Russian civil law. The author formulates the concept of of complex subject subject of civil rights, considers the correlation between the concepts of complex subject of law and collective subject of law. The concept of complex subject is preferred over the collective one because these subjects of law are not always collective. Giving the logic of concept formation, the author reveals the legal substrate of complex subjects of civil law through the definition of main and optional features of such formations.
