Abstract
This article is the second one from the series of articles devoted to the problem of dispensation and the dynamics of contemporary social and cultural space. Such concepts as social and cultural monad of post-modernity and axiological rhizome are analyzed. Awareness of social and cultural fragmentation, disequilibrium and instability, relativity and instantaneity, pluralism and incoherence, randomness and discontinuity of reality highlights the problem of revising the existing descriptions of contemporary social and cultural space in which being of a society develops. The author notes that the spatial paradigm in the social and cultural dimension allows seeing the culture and the society as a whole, wherein the base of formation of holistic social and cultural environment is a value component or value space.
