Abstract
It is shown in the article that elements of national idea can become a structure that attracts the vector of system`s development if these elements resonate with mindset of society. Also it is proved that the desired result is not guaranteed without such consistency even with most sincere wish and sources. Detection of value-normative configurations coherently related to each other, and which are the attractive structures of social development, has practical importance because it allows to create effective management projects that would not only get the society out of the crisis associated with the increase of entropy of the system, but also accelerate the processes of society development towards modernization way.
