Abstract
The article presents the brief overview of the key problems of the modern expert discourse in the context of system crisis ofmodernity. The necessity of radical rejection of the ideological and psychological stereotypes established in the last decades thatprevent to adequate formulation and understanding the problems of modern civilization, mainly Western one, is substantiated.
