Abstract
This article describes the Soviet educational policy in the 1920s. The authors analyze relationship between teachers and new authorities. It is very important to show a new status of the Soviet teacher. As a conceptual basis for the creating of the image of the new teacher the ideas of humanism, good relations between teacher and student and new activity theory were used. The article is also devoted to the analysis of the process of the new schools creation. The authors observed pedagogical ideas of S.T. Shatskiy; A.S. Makarenko; N.K. Krupskaya, summarized the information about the education policy during the first years of Soviet state and the role of teacher in it.
