State and civil identity and interethnic accord: theoretical and practical social problem

What is civic identity in the scientific and political discourse and mass public spectacles, competitiveness or complementarity of civil and ethnic identities, the nature of identity, harmony and dissonance in the ethno-political orientations development in the regions, and finally removes civil identification as ethnic prejudice. Society is capable to develop its own methods of protection against the destabilizing impact of the information. Immunity from such exposure is the culture and the system of its permanent social reproduction. Danger of rupturing the integrity of spiritual and cultural space resist traditional Russian values/ Reporters attempted to indicate ways of control to the identification processes of regional community in the context of strengthening the all-Russian national identity: was proposed transition from linear to nonlinear thinking, to «thinking, future-oriented,» the ability to provide non-force effects on the identification process. Reasoned position on the mission of the federal universities to build and strengthen Russian identity. In search of ways of strengthening of the Russian identity in a new inclusion sounded Creative identity, binding the individual to act socially, to invest in the social sense of the behavior of others, and bring awareness of identity at the level of voluntary adoption of social value orientations. Of particular interest was directed to the regional dimension of the problem posed at the conference. Cultural and civilizational processes going on in the region in the last century, the Caucasus turned into an open space in the arena clarify the relationship of various geopolitical forces. Counter the threat of the development of military scenario with catastrophic consequences in the historical fate of many peoples of the Caucasus community can only be actively interacting with other cultures, especially the Russian. Based on intercultural dialogue and co-development integration Eurasian territory can become a successful project. Account of the historical experience of cultural interference of the North Caucasus, historical memory will form a «socio-cultural core» in the structure of social and political identities. It was confirmed with results of the researches which have revealed that national and patriotic orientations take significant positions in political consciousness of Russians, and Russians, including youth - mainly statesmen. Modern values don''t force out traditional, and are built in them, giving a way to the new integrated hybrid values. Therefore effective regulation has to be based on maneuvering between two of these trends rather - in this case original civil consolidation is possible.
