Аннотация
Неполярные государства постепенно вовлекаются в управление Арктикой посредством своего участия в международных инициативах по научному сотрудничеству. В статье делается акцент на научную дипломатию Индии в Арктике. Феномен данного вида дипломатии актуален тем, что она может помочь сохранить диалог между странами в Арктике, где пересекаются интересы многих стран, когда происходят необратимые сдвиги в геополитике.
