Abstract

Objective of the study is to present an active component of the formation of civic identity, planned and carried out by state authorities, public organizations and educational institutions of the Republic of Adygea. The methodological basis of the research is the content analysis of the official websites of the Government of the Republic of Adygea, the republican media, the official websites of higher educational institutions of the republic - Adygea State University and Maikop State Technological University. A significant role in the study was also played by the method of included observation, associated with direct participation in many activities to strengthen civic identity in the theory and practice of the region. Research results. The necessity of conducting an independent examination to establish the degree of formation of civil identity in Adygea and proposals for some objective measurements establishing this degree is emphasized. The active experience in the formation of civic identity in the Republic of Adygea can be the basis for comparisons and comparisons of the work of relevant bodies in other republics of the North Caucasus. Prospects of the study. The results obtained can be used for comparative studies on the formation and strengthening of civic identity in the republics of the North Caucasus, as well as material for subsequent studies of the processes under study in new temporal and socio-cultural conditions. The proposed algorithm for analyzing the practice of civil identity formation in the Republic of Adygea can be used as a methodological framework for similar reviews.
