Abstract

Objective of the study is: to identify the main directions of scientific research of information and educational practices in the harmonization of interethnic relations. The methodological basis of the research was an analytical review of relevant scientific literature (over the past 5 years) devoted to the study of information and educational practices, highlighting two aspects: the subject of specific works; the main conclusions of specific works. The subsequent typing of research topics was also applied by grouping individual topics into thematic areas. Research result. In the research of information and educational practices in the harmonization of interethnic relations, three major thematic groups have been identified: studies of the influence of the media on the harmonization of interethnic relations; information and educational practices of regional and municipal authorities; information and educational practices of cultural institutions. The largest number of studies is observed in the first thematic group, practice researchers, recommendations are given. The second and third subjects are less represented, and their works are generally descriptive in nature. Prospects of the study. The article can be used by researchers of interethnic relations, practices that can be a factor in the harmonization of interethnic relations.
