Abstract

Objective of the study is to reveal the main directions of discourse in the domestic socio-humanitarian knowledge on the issue of environmentally oriented behavior.   The methodological basis of the research. To solve research problems, comparative and system analysis methods were used, which allow analyzing the main facets of the discourse on environmental behavior, displaying turning points in relation to the perspectives of the formulation and discussion of this scientific problem. The elements of the sociological reflection of this discourse complement the socio-philosophical and socio-psychological sections of the problems of environmentally oriented behavior that are most common today, concretizing possible trajectories of further research.   Research results. The main directions of the modern socio-humanitarian discourse on environmental behavior in our country can be considered socio-philosophical, socio-pedagogical and socio-psychological, and most often the problems of environmental behavior are considered within the framework of concepts of ecological culture. However, today it is possible to observe both the concretization of studies of environmental behavior directly, and the intensification of scientific research in the field of sociological reflection of the above-mentioned issues, as well as a more prominent socio-political aspect of the discourse.   Prospects of the study. The study of the main facets of the domestic scientific discourse devoted to the formation and development of environmental behavior makes it possible to accumulate the efforts of many disciplines in an attempt to build a comprehensive concept of environmental behavior.
