Objective of the study. The study of conflicts in schools that arise between teachers and students, the search for solutions to reduce their escalation. The methodological basis of the research based on the ideas and theoretical developments of interdisciplinary socio-humanitarian research and system analysis, the results of author's sociological research, documents and materials. Research results. This article analyzes various ways of resolving conflicts between a teacher and a student, author's assessments and conclusions are given. Prospects of the study. The data obtained in the course of the study can be used when teaching a course on conflictology and pedagogy, as well as applied by practitioners in the educational system.
