Abstract

Objective of the study is to substantiate the mental construct of ecophilicity as a basic component of the formation of an innovative eco-friendly technological way in the context of the implementation of the development strategy of modern Russia. The methodological basis of the research is represented by diatropics as an epistemological complex of cognitive means aimed at substantiating the dominance of the principle of the equivalence of the right to life of all its forms as a system-forming element of the coevolutionary process. Research results. They consist in the philosophical substantiation of the essence of the concept of ecophilicity, which is the subject of modern scientific discourse. For the first time, within the framework of this discourse, its imperative significance as the mental basis of a life-affirming strategy for the development of modern Russia is comprehended. The article reveals the system-forming role of ecophilicity in the process of forming an innovative technological structure in our country as a key condition for ensuring high standards of safety and a comfortable life for Russians. Prospects of the study are connected with the in-depth development of theoretical and conceptual foundations for solving the actual scientific problem of forming a model for ensuring by public authorities and civil society institutions in the Russian Federation the transition from an emphasis on the formally declarative type of environmental behavior of young people to an emphasis on a consciously responsible type of its environmental behavior.
