Social justice as a factor in optimizing the system of social elevators in the interethnic space

 Objective of the study − to consider the practical significance of the phenomenon of social justice as a factor in optimizing the system of social elevators in the interethnic space and one of the fundamental means of constructing and circulating society. To study the possibilities and prospects of new digital social elevators that diversify the role of Internet technologies in the field of professional and creative self-realization of a multiethnic society in a virtual habitus. The methodological basis of the methodological research includes consideration of the theory of structural-functionalism by E. Durkheim and T. Parsons. The subject analysis was carried out in the field of P.Sorokin's branch theory of social stratification and social mobility, which is formed on the basis of an approach that includes methodological principles of social philosophy, methods of historical analysis, which together represents an interdisciplinary system methodology. In the course of the study, general scientific research methods were used, such as dialectics, analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, system analysis, unity of logical and historical, comparison, analogy, generalization. Research results. It is determined that ensuring social justice in the system of social elevators of an ethnically heterogeneous population induces a dynamic genesis of society, stimulating its modification capabilities and providing a progressive level of social development with a permanent improvement in the quality of life and welfare of society. As a result of the study, it was diagnosed that the effectiveness of the system of new digital social elevators is determined by how the ideologies of social justice are synthesized: the values of ethnic groups, confessional characteristics of individuals, social channels are legitimized for the realization of the creative and creative nature of the individual, meritocratic foundations and achievements of civilization as a whole. In the course of the study, it was diagnosed: it is necessary to direct social forces to a modernization breakthrough through the transformation of the institutional infrastructure, which would be able to establish mechanisms of trust and parity collaboration in the interethnic inclusion of participation in a common cause. Prospects of the study are connected with the subsequent comprehensive interdisciplinary study of the problem of social justice as a factor in optimizing the system of social elevators in the interethnic space. Special attention in the direction of the research focus will be paid to the study of adaptive functionality and virtual legitimizing channels of new digital social elevators.
