Abstract

Objective of the study. In this article, the author realizes the goal of understanding the life world of a Russian doctor in the conditions of modern reality.   Methodological basis of the research. The basis of the study was the understanding of the category “precarity” by G. Standing, as well as the criteria and features of precarity employment identified by the RSUH research team.   Research results. The main features characterizing the life world of a modern Russian doctor are determined. The main trends in the field of medical care are considered, the features of the work of doctors, their official and civil powers are illustrated. An attempt is made to analyze the social well-being of doctors, their financial situation and the general emotional and sensual background. Prospects of the study. The results of the study will help to better understand the life of a doctor and the social contradictions of representatives of the medical profession and the healthcare sector in general. The obtained conclusions can serve as a basis for further research of labor, socio-professional problems of doctors and their socio-political activity.
