Abstract

Objective of the study: to show how the youth of the South of Russia assesses the activities of youth public associations in the field of national policy.   The methodological basis of the research. The article uses an analytical and comparative research methods.   Research results. Based on empirical data, the authors come to the conclusion about the differences that consist in a higher assessment and degree of youth participation in such associations in the Krasnodar Territory, and a lower one in the Republic of Crimea. In addition, the interests and needs of young people do not correspond to the real practices of youth associations.     Prospects of the study. The results of the research can form the basis of a concept to improve the effectiveness of national policy in the region.
