Abstract

Developing ideas previously published in monographs and articles in the context of interdisciplinary, philosophical and linguistic approaches, the authors of the article use the concept of Soviet and post-Soviet scientists S.P. Kurdyumov, S.P. Kapitsa, G.G. Malinetsky and others, who put forward the idea of using as a new controller programming «meanings from the future», which works on the anthropic principle. The concept of «culture of communicative time» as a cultural and measuring element of the implementation of this principle is proposed in the article. The methodology of studying the quality of meanings is considered.
Keywords:
language policy, quality of meanings, cognitive model of quality, culture of communicative time
