Abstract

This article analyzes conditions for the study of the status of management activities and management relations in the banking sector and how it meet the needs of Russian society. This explains the attention to socially-oriented management as the main trend of improving management culture. From this points of view considering both potential of current forms and methods of management in banking activity and possibility of development fundamentally different possibilities of new management culture.
