Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of strategies for the reproduction of a professional dynasty in the medical field. Based on the materials of a series of in-depth interviews, the general characteristics of the professional continuity of doctors are highlighted, consisting in the active functioning of mentoring and support for the professional development of the younger generations, social investment and the formation of resources of the medical dynasty that provide a number of social preferences for the successors of the dynasties.
