Abstract

The basis of this study is the problem of the changes in society that occur as a result of the use and development of new means of communication, primarily related to the increased availability of high-speed Internet connections.This article assumes answers to the following questions: what is the role of modern means of communication in the development of the information society? How is propaganda in the form of political communication implemented in the process of development of this type of society?
