Abstract
The article is devoted to the problem of self-identification of an individual which has cross-disciplinary character and is studied by many scientific disciplines, including sociology, anthropology, psychology, social philosophy, cultural science and others. The relevance of this issue is that self-identification of the person (personal aspect) belongs to one of the main problems in modern society, at the end of XX – the beginning of the XXI century which has faced inevitability and sharpness of their decision on the global scale. The identity is understood as egoism or the «self concept» in its historical conditionality and cultural and contextual determination. From this point of view the problem of personal self-identification in culture can't be considered out of a question of dialogue of social daily occurrence and eternal meanings. The bigger or smaller status of professional identity (professional aspect) in structure of the identification bases of the personality substantially depends on an objective role of institute of a profession which he plays in this society, and in which the value of a profession appears in public consciousness. The novelty of the research consists in the analysis of joint influence of personal and professional aspects of personal self-identification on his place and a role in modern society.
